PINK TROPIC BOWL

  • 1 Pink Pitaya Sachet
  • 100g of frozen Pineapple
  • 100g of frozen Mango
  • 100ml – 150ml Coconut water or Apple juice

Method

Pour all ingredients into blender, Blend on high until desired texture.
Pour into bowl add toppings and enjoy!

Toppings

  • Raspberries
  • Blueberries
  • Coconut flakes and Granola

PINK GOGO BOWL

  • 1 Pitaya Pack sachet
  • 1 frozen Banana
  • 150g of frozen Strawberries
  • 150ml of Coconut water or Apple juice

Method

Pour all ingredients into blender, Blend on high until desired texture.
Pour into bowl add toppings and enjoy!

Toppings

Granola, Coconut flakes and Chia seeds

PINK MINTY

  • 2 Pink Pitaya Sachets
  • 1 frozen Banana
  • 10-12 mint leaves
  • 150ml – 200ml of Almond milk or Coconut milk

Method

Pour ingredients into a blender
Blend till desired texture
Pour into a bowl and enjoy!

Toppings

Add extra mint leaves and fresh mango on top!

Pink Coconut Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 sachet Pink Pitaya
  • Half a Banana
  • 50 grams of Coconut flakes
  • 200ml – 300ml of Coconut water

Method

Pour all Ingredients into a blender
Blend for 30 – 60 seconds
Pour into a glass and enjoy!

Pink Creamy Minty Mango

Ingredients

  • 1 sachet Pink Pitaya
  • 50g frozen Mango
  • 5 fresh mint leaves
  • 200ml – 300ml of Almond milk or Coconut milk or Dairy milk (consumers choice)

Method

Add all ingredients into blender
Blend for 30 – 60 seconds
Pour into a glass and enjoy!
Add a few mint leaves on top for decoration!

Pink Coco Bowl

  • 1 sachet Pink Pitaya
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 50-100g frozen mango
  • 50-100ml Coconut water

Tip:

You want your bowl to be as thick as possible so less liquid (coconut water) as possible, start with 50ml and add as needed.
Goal is to hold blender upside down with no movement of mixture.

Toppings:

Coconut flakes, almonds, sliced fruit.

Pink Colada

  • 1 and a half frozen Banana
  • 1 sachet Pink Pitaya
  • 150ml Almond milk/Coconut milk

Toppings:

Shredded coconut, sliced banana and granola of your choice.

PINK PITAYA PORRIDGE

Ingredients

1 sachet of Pink Pitaya
Porridge or oats (amount depends on serve size)
Almond Milk/Coconut Milk/Rice Milk

Directions ( stove top )

  • Add desired amount of oats/porridge to pot
  • Add milk of choice to fill

Tip: oats will soak up a lot of the milk as they heat so a little more milk than oats though you can also add as you go to keep to desired texture.

  • Add 1 sachet of Pink Pitaya
  • Place on medium heat and stir until Porridge is at desired texture and heat.
  • Add chia seeds to pot whilst stiring to add texture.
  • Place in bowl and add toppings

Toppings

Add sliced banana and strawberries
Shredded coconut and goji berries
Almonds for added texture.
A drizzle of honey and enjoy!
